About Avanti Autobody
Avanti Autobody is founded by Grant Kennedy, a local collision repair expert with a passion for helping people get back on the road. The name “Avanti” comes from a rare Studebaker car model his dad collected growing up, and it also means “moving forward” in Italian—a perfect fit for a shop focused on repairing vehicles and helping customers move forward after an accident.
Our Promise
At Avanti Autobody, we treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated—honestly and with respect. We know how stressful it is when your vehicle is damaged or breaks down. That’s why we take the time to explain repairs clearly, offer fair pricing, and get the job done right the first time. If Grant sees someone stuck on the side of the road, he pulls over to help—because that’s the kind of care we believe in. No pressure. No upsells. Just dependable service from a team that truly cares.
Why Choose Us
We’re not a big chain shop—we’re your local, reliable auto body repair team right here in Fort Lupton. With over a decade of experience and certifications in collision repair and refinishing, we combine expert workmanship with small-town values. Whether you’re dealing with a major accident or a minor dent, we focus on getting you back on the road safely and as soon as possible. When you come to Avanti, you’re not just a job ticket—you’re a neighbor.
Meet Grant Kennedy
Grant has been working on cars since he was a teenager. He earned associate degrees in both Collision Repair Technologies and Painting Refinishing Technologies from Aims Community College and has 11 years of hands-on experience in the auto body industry. Whether it’s a fender bender or a full body repair, Grant takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Outside the shop, Grant stays busy racing his 2008 Porsche Cayman at High Plains Raceway and competing in professional arm wrestling tournaments across the country. He’s also known for jamming on his guitar and living on the sunny side of life—because even when things go wrong with your car, the repair process shouldn’t feel like a headache.
